1. Sessions and booking

To request a session, write to the studio (contact at the bottom of this page). A session is confirmed once we have agreed on a date, a place and a package, and the deposit has been received. The deposit is deducted from the final price.

2. Cancellation and weather

You may reschedule free of charge up to 48 hours before the session. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the deposit. Sessions are mostly outdoors: in case of bad weather or insufficient light, we will move the session to another date at no cost.

3. Delivery

Edited photographs are delivered through a private online gallery within 14 days of the session. The number of photographs depends on the package chosen.

4. Copyright and your usage

The photographer keeps the copyright of all images. You receive a personal, non-commercial license: you may print, share and post your photographs, with credit to Firefly of Soul Studio when possible. Commercial use requires written permission.

5. Portfolio use

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing before the session, the studio may show selected images on this website and on its social media. A written image release is signed before every session. You can ask for an image to be removed at any time by writing to the studio.

6. Portfolio sessions

Portfolio sessions are free, limited in number, and offered in exchange for a signed image release and a short testimonial. They are subject to the same terms as paid sessions.

7. Privacy

This website does not use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics profiles. The only information stored in your browser is your language choice and a flag saying the intro animation was already shown (browser storage), which never leave your device.

When you email the studio, we receive your name, address and message. We use them only to answer you and organize your session, and we do not sell or share them. Photographs of you are never published without your signed release. You may ask us to access or delete your data at any time.

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address) to operate and secure the service.

8. Minors

Anyone under 18 may be photographed only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the session.
